We accept returns on all orders (unless marked with final sale) within 14 days from the date of fulfillment (when your order shipped). After this time, we will offer store credit for returns on full-price orders up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition (without deodorant marks, make-up residue, heavy perfume, or pet hair) in which it was shipped to receive a refund or credit. Products returned that are not in the exact condition as shipped will be returned to the sender. Shipping charges for returns are $12 and are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
